1. Overview
Law Par Baat aims to provide transparent, reliable, and timely legal services. However, since our services involve personalized legal drafting, document review, and consultation, all of which require dedicated time and professional effort therefore refunds and cancellations are subject to limited conditions.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you decide to cancel your request before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued after review. Please email your cancellation request to lawparbaat@gmail.com within 2 hours of payment, along with your payment details.
3. Refund After Work Has Begun
Once drafting, review, or consultation has started, no refund will normally be issued, as professional effort and legal time are already invested.
However, in rare cases of:
- Delay beyond agreed timelines, or
- Non-performance or failure to deliver the service.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund at the discretion of Law Par Baat.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be made via UPI transfer to the same account or wallet used for payment, within 7 working days of confirmation.
