3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
The use of this website or submission of a request does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only after explicit acceptance of the request, confirmation of payment, and commencement of work.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are accepted through UPI on the number provided.
- Full payment is required before the service begins.
- Fees are non-refundable once work has started, except in cases of clear error or non-performance on part of Law Par Baat.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and documents.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- Avoid uploading or transmitting false, misleading, or illegal materials.
6. Confidentiality
All information, communications, and documents shared by you are kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the requested legal service.

Documents and data related to completed matters are retained for up to 12 months for record-keeping, after which they are securely deleted.
